Marriage licenses are easy to obtain in the Smoky Mountains. Couples can either pick it up online, or at one of the County Clerk’s Marriage License Center:

  • Gatlinburg Shilling Center (Reagan Drive, Gatlinburg)

    • Monday and Friday 8:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m.; Wednesdays 8:30 a.m.-11:30 a.m.; Saturdays 9 a.m.-3 p.m.

  • Sevier County Courthouse (Court Avenue, Sevierville)

    • Monday-Friday 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m.; Saturdays 8-11 a.m.

  • Pigeon Forge City Hall (Pine Mountain Road, Pigeon Forge)

    • Saturdays only 9 a.m.-4 p.m.
